My Review: I think it's safe to say everyone dislikes having dry skin. I know I do. I especially hate when you use certain lotions and your skin STILL feels dry a few minutes later. You know what I mean.

I can not express how impressed I was with this brand. I was especially impressed with how long my skin felt soft for. The places I usually have dry skin is on my elbows, knees and what's that bone near your foot? You know the one that connects your foot to your leg. I don't know, but let's just call it "Foot elbow" lol hope you know which one I mean. Anywas, I used the Lipikar Balm AP+ intense repair moisturizing cream on my elbows at first to try it out. And GIRL let me tell you my elbows have never been softer. This balm gave me soft elbows for like 2 days. Yes you read that right 2 days.

Let's move on to the other products I received: I tried the Lipikar Lotion Daily Repair Moisturizing Lotion (Normal to dry skin) on my face after I washed it. Next day my skin felt so soft I was like "what this isn't my skin? Who stole my skin" lol.

The next product I received was the Lipikar Balm AP+ intense repair moisturizing cream (Extra dry skin) I only tried this a little bit because my face felt really ugh I don't know how to explain it, I don't want to say "oily" but the cream felt a little thicker then the previous one I mentioned (the normal to dry skin). , but when I tried touching my face my fingers wouldn't "slide" down my face easy. I figured that either A) I used to much of the product or B) it wasn't time to use this yet and I should wait until it's actually colder to use this and get its full effects. (If you want to see a final review on these in winter time let me know on instagram or twitter cause I'll probably forget lol)

Lastly, I used the Lipikar Eczema Soothing Relief Cream colloidal oatmeal skin protectant on my forhead. I don't suffer from Eczema but the reason I put it on my forhead was because on the uses in the side of the box it says it "relive minor skin irritation & itching due to eczema or rashes" I don't have either of those, but my forhead has stopped from being itchy. It was probably due to some skin irritation from other products I don't know. Point is that it stopped.

In conclusion, would I buy this again after my free samples are finished? Absolutely! I wouldn't even think about I twice. I was in love with the brand from the moment I tried it & will buy some more of their products.

Hello! Welcome back to my blog. I still can't believe that our little blog has now reached 620 unique visitors in these almost 3 years of blogging. (Jan. 1, 2016 - May. 18, 2018) I know it may not seem like a lot, but for me it's such a big deal. So, I decided to do a little Q + A for everyone. I decided to start my blog because I've always loved to write & I wanted to have an outlet to express my feelings. Since, I'm a little shy I quickly decided that Youtube wasn't the right choice for me (I really want to start Youtube seems fun, but like I said I'm shy lol) so I decided to start blogging.

Before I would upload whenever I felt like I wanted to say or share something, but then I saw people actually read what I wrote & I was like "wow people are actually reading & caring about what I have to say." In my opinion writing a blog isn't that time consuming. What helps if you're ahead of the game. Before I used to write my blog the day of or the day before; trust me you don't want to do that. I got so stressed. Now what I do is that I have a set day when I upload a post (which are Mondays at 9AM CST) I write as much ideas as I can during the day & on Saturday I write all my blog post. Then I set them to post each Monday. Sometimes if it's a special day coming up. I write all the days until that day (Like I did with Mother's day). If you want to start a blog I would definitely read it :)

I'm sure you've all probably have seen those pretty swatches, that the beauty community post when they post a picture of their new eyeshadow palettes...

Example: 

If you look online the stickers that they sell that have the design already on them and are ready to swatch are really expensive. For only a couple of sticker sheets. (Which means only 1 use per sheet) 

With this simple DIY I'm going to help you guys save a couple of bucks. All you need is a simple roll of tape. Yes, you read that right all you need is tape (well you also need a pencil or pen, scissors & well the eyeshadow or lip stick you will need to swatch, but you know the main thing you need is the tape). 

*Disclaimer do not try this if you are alergic to adhesive or have sensitive skin. 

Items needed: 

-White masking tape

-Pencil or Pen

-Scissors or x-acto knife

How to do something like example 2

Step 1: 

Take the masking tape and draw the design you want

Step 2:

Rip off the part where you drew your design.

Step 3:

Cut out your design 

Step 4:

Put the tape on your wrist & start filling in with eyeshadow 

Color I used

Palette: the color Institute
Brush: Beauty Treats #313

Step 5: 

After you've finished filling the shape with eyeshadow. Peel off the tape and clean around the eyeshadow.

Step 6:

Finally after cleaning any loose eyeshadow it should look like this.

If you want to do one like the 1st one follow these simple steps 

Step 1:

Take your white masking tape & draw rectangles. 

Step 2:

Rip off the tape after you finish drawing the rectangles

Step 3:

Cut out the rectangles

Step 4:

Put the strip of tape on your wrist

Step 5:

Start coloring in the rectangles 

Used the 4 outer colors in the square

Step 6:

Peel off tape & wipe off loose eyeshadow.
