Curits Pritchard feels betrayed by ex Maura Higgins' new relationship with Chris Taylor

Hey guys! So you're never going to believe what I just read. Ok... so remember Curtis Pritchard from Love Island UK season 5?

You know the guy who was coupled up with Amy Hart and we all thought they were so cute and goals af. 

But then Curtis switched during Casa Amor and we all saw that scene where Amy was like "I was coming back to tell you I loved you" then she made the decision to leave the show... 

You know the Curtis who then went on and coupled up with islander Maura Higgins and we were all "WTF" cause the relationship seemed to have come out of the blue since Maura one day called Curtis manly in the show. 

Well, after the show ended Maura and Curtis went on to make it official in the outside world and date. Things didn't end well when there was rumors that Curtis cheated on Maura and later news outlets had said they split. 

Rumors then started going around I believe this year (2020) that Maura was dating fellow islander Chris Taylor. These rumors started when Maura was seen frequently hanging out with Chris and appearing in some of his videos. 

On November 24 both Chris and Maura confirmed their relationship by uploading this picture:

She captioned it with "He's mine ❤" and he captioned it with "Turns out I fell in love with my best mate". 

The Internet was extremely happy that day, but I tell you who wasn't happy... Maura's ex Curtis. 

According to an article written by "The Sun" click here to read... Curtis goes on to state

“When I saw the pictures, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel hurt. I was upset. How long has this truly been going on for?

“At the time I was accused of cheating, but I never did. I was always faithful to Maura.

“If you look back on everything — and I am looking back on it now — I’m like, ‘Curtis, all the signs were bloomin’ there, why didn’t you realise then?’

“You just don’t when you are in that situation. You trust  what they say. Now her true colours are shown. They said they would never ever be together, and here they are.”

Curtis also goes on to say that when they were on Love Island Chris was upset in the villa a lot and that he (Chris) even let Curtis know he fancied Maura. 

In my opinion to this article is that Curtis just sounds like a jealous ex boyfriend. Like dude just MOVE ON! Like in the article I read from the sun he says that when Maura started doing the Dancing On Ice rehearsals and wanted to go but that he was busy at home making her dinner for when she got home. Then apparently when the show started Curtis went to support Maura but after a few shows later she asked him not to come and that hurt him. He goes on to say that he doesn't understand why Maura didn't want him to come if other people were still allowed to go watch her... including Chris. 

Go read this article and tell me Curtis doesn't sound like an obsessive ex. Saying things like “It will be even more heartbreaking if I find that all the time she was accusing me of things, it was so she’d feel better about what she was doing.” 

Curtis who is going to appear in the new series of Celebs Go Dating to see if he can find love  says his humiliation will be easier to bear if Maura and Chris’s romance lasts.

 Lastly he says that if he happens to bump into Chris and Maura he is going to say congratulations and that he hopes it turns out to be "the one".
