Milani Gilded Violet Palette Review

Ok, so in this blog post we are going to be reviewing the Milani Gilded Violet Palette. I was lucky enough to try this palette for free via BzzAgent & Milani in exchange for my honest review...

The product I received was the Milani Gilded Violet palette...

As you can see the back of the box shows you the colors of the palette (which are absolutely beautiful)

When you open the box and pull out the palette.... here's what it looks like

I really like the palette the eyeshadows come in. The palette is very bright and the gold "Milani" accross the top will definitely catch your eye when you're shopping at the store or when you're choosing what eyeshadow to wear. I also like the palette because it's one of those palettes that close with magnets. You know which ones I'm talking about haha. 

so, when you open the palette here's the first thing you see...

you hear that? the heavenly angelic music? that just played...  beautiful isn't it.

as you can see this palette comes with 9 eyeshadows raging from matte, subtle shimmers and metallic colors. The 2 bigger pans on the left side are highlighters. 

Here's a closer look at each of the eyeshadows..

Here's what the highlighters look up close... make sure you're wearing your sunglasses because these highlights are BLINDING.

The colors of the eyeshadows & highlighters look absolutely beautiful in the pans just wait... WAIT until you see them swatched. I was like OH MY GOSH when I started to swatch them. The colors were very very pigmented. Like I swatched it once & the colors were very vibrant 

Ok... ok... enough waiting here's how the eyeshadow & highlighters look like swatched.

REVIEW:

It's time for the review! To say that I absolutely LOVE this palette would be an understatement. Because this palette... this palette right here exceeded all my expectations. The colors are perfect for a night out on the town or a simple every day look. Another thing I loved is that the colors are extremely pigmented. I swiped it once on my eye and the color was very prominent. 

The eyeshadows are also buildable. Meaning that you can make the eyeshadow colors look stronger. 

Another thing I loved about this palette is that the eyeshadows aren't powdery. You know how some eyeshadows have fallout (no not the band lol) when you apply them on the lid... ugh I hate having to clean that. Anyways, with this palette I didn't the to do that. 

Lastly I want to talk about the price. I know you're probably thinking... A great eyeshadow palette like this has to be really expensive...  Nope wrong. This palette cost $20. Yes, twenty dollars for a palette that works just as well as a high end palette. Hahaha and *adds to cart* 

So, the big questions now are... 

would I buy it again?

would I buy more from this brand?

would I recommend this palette to you?

I would absolutely buy this palette again once I finish it, I loved the that much. This palette was the first thing I tried from this brand so I'm excited to try more stuff! Let me know your favorite things from this brand so I can try them. I would finally like to say that I recommend this palette to everyone looking for a palette that works like a high end palette but dont want to break the bank to get one.
