Love Island UK's Lucinda has apparent boyfriend back home

Love Island UK's islander Lucinda apparently has a boyfriend back home who is taking care of her puppy while she's in the villa. 

A close source told The Sun* that apparently Lucinda reconciled with boyfriend Aaron Connolly and he even took her to the airport on the day of Lucinda's flight to the villa. 

The source continues to say that apparently it was meant to be a big secret because there are strict rules about it. No one wants to watch a dating show where the stars are really pining for lovers back home. Aaron was only too happy looking after Lucinda’s dog. It makes him feel like they are still the couple they are.

But accounding to a source from the show they insist that Lucinda is single...

For now I'm going to believe what the source from the show said that Lucinda is single you can't trust what these "sources" say sometimes. But I don't know. If any solid proof that she has a boyfriend back home comes out I'll make sure to update this post.

In her first interview since leaving love island. Lucinda addresses the rumors that she had a boyfriend during her time on the show

She says that her relationship with the footballer ended four months ago and he had no idea she was going on Love Island.

She said: "I am completely and utterly single. Never in a million years would I go on Love Island if I was in a relationship, and I'm sure if I had a boyfriend, he wouldn't be very happy with it either."

She continues to say "We ended quite dramatically at the start of March but then we made friends, and we share a dog, it's a shared dog and he's been looking after it.

'It was at my mum's house and my mum couldn't look after three dogs, so it seemed right, he was looking after it. We broke up quite a while ago now, but the ship has definitely sailed between him and me.

'He had no idea I was going on Love Island, and it was a shock to him. Apparently, he drove me to the airport, which is a complete and utter lie, I got a taxi. Hopefully, he's moved on and I definitely have. It was a funny rumour!'
