After six months of Love Island airing in the USA we are going to take a look at who from the show is still together. Ok, so let's get started...
(I'm only going to be doing the people who made it to the final... so if you want to know about the other couples let me know and I'll make a part 2 to this post)
Emily & Weston:
Ok, so according to a video Emily uploaded to her YouTube channel called "WHAT HAPPENED TO EMILY AND WESTON!"

she goes on to say that her and Weston had broken up for a while. She also goes on to explain the reason they both unfollowed one another on instagram (they had a good reason). But she confirmed they are back together.
She also shared this on the gram...
Dylan and Alexandra:
Dylan and Alexandra were one of my favorite couples on the villa. Sadly they are no longer a couple. They shared this a while ago on their insta stories...
and I don't think they're back together because Dylan responded to fans asking where Alex was and he said this...
Elizabeth & Zac:
The cutest couple in the villa and the first couple to win Love Island USA! Unfortunately they are no longer together. They both shared an insta story regarding the status of their relationship and according to both of them they just wanted different things and that the breakup was mutual...
Caro & Ray:
This was my absolute FAVORITE couple on the villa. If you follow me on twitter you probably know I was team Caro & Ray all the way lol. So I'm happy to announce that they are still together and are as cute and lovey dovey as ever ^-^.

UPDATE MAY 14, 2020: in Emily's latest YouTube video titled "Life Update with Emily Salch: my relationship status, graduation, and I'm moving" she goes on to say her and Weston had broken up. She says that after many breaks they both realized that they weren't right for one another
