This means Matthew Hoffman, who was the original voice for love island USA (seasons 1-3). 

will not be coming back to voice the new seasons of love island on peacock. 

If you watch love island UK, you will soon be hearing a very familiar voice on love island USA because Iain Stirling 

will be voicing the new seasons of love island USA. The shows twitter uploaded this video (click here to see) where he says he's going to be the voice of love island USA.
